Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We offer a 20-minute grace period for all appointments. If you do not arrive within this time frame, your appointment will be considered missed and you will need to reschedule.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Your initial deposit may be transferred one time only to a rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and appreciate your communication when a cancellation is necessary.

Refund Policy

We want every client to be happy with their hair service. If you are dissatisfied with your braids or hairstyling service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

Refund & Adjustment Guidelines:

  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service.

  • Please provide a clear description of the issue and, when appropriate, photos of the hairstyle.

  • We may offer a correction or adjustment to the service when the concern is related to the quality or execution of the hairstyle.

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for changes of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with a style that was completed according to the agreed-upon request.

  • Once the 24-hour period has passed, refunds or complimentary corrections may not be available.

  • Refunds will not be provided for normal changes in appearance caused by sleeping, improper maintenance, weather, water exposure, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
