We offer a 20-minute grace period for all appointments. If you do not arrive within this time frame, your appointment will be considered missed and you will need to reschedule.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Your initial deposit may be transferred one time only to a rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and appreciate your communication when a cancellation is necessary.
